Each SCANGA ROD COMPANY, LLC bamboo rod is individually handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail.

Build Time: Custom bamboo rods typically ship within 6 to 8 weeks of order confirmation.

You will receive email updates during key stages of production and a notification when your rod is ready to ship.

A tracking number will be emailed once the rod is dispatched.

SHIPPING POLICY
We take every precaution to ensure your rod arrives safely, securely, and on time.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, depending on your location and selected shipping option.
Tracking numbers will be provided by email once your rod ships.
Shipping Rates

Domestic (USA): Flat rate of $25 for insured and secure delivery.

International: Rates vary based on destination and carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
Packaging
Every rod is shipped in a durable aluminum rod tube, placed inside a cushioned shipping box for optimal protection.
All shipments are insured for the full retail value of your rod.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the made-to-order nature of our rods, we accept returns or exchanges only under specific conditions.

Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your rod.

Condition: Rod must be unused, uncast, and in original packaging.

Custom Inscriptions: Rods with engraved personalization are non-returnable unless defective.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns, due to the handcrafted nature of each rod.
Defects or Shipping Damage
If your rod arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.
